Love Solihull Litter Picking Initiative Registration Form

Please carefully read our Guidelines

Please complete one form for each adult who wishes to register, including those who live in the same household.

You can register for the following volunteer roles:

Individual Litter Picker - you wish to litter pick on your own or as part of a group
Group Leader - you wish to become the leader of a Community Litter Picking Group (we will contact you with more info about becoming a Group Leader)

Which library do you intend to collect your equipment from (Please note, equipment will be subject to availability at your local library).

Community Litter Picking Guidelines

* I have read and understand the Community Litter Picking guidelines and associated risk assessment.

We will aim to process your form within 10 working days from the date of submission.

We will contact you via email to confirm your registration and invite you to collect your equipment from your chosen library. Please do not visit the library until you have received your registration confirmation. We recommend you check the opening hours of your chosen library before visiting. If someone is collecting equipment on your behalf, please forward them the confirmation email.

Data Protection

Your information may be shared with other council services and partner organisations to ensure our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services or benefits you may be entitled to or interested in. We may also need to share your information for the prevention and detection of fraud and/or other crimes or as the law requires.
