Invitation for the Mayor
You should submit your invitation at least two weeks before your event
We would ask that someone is already waiting to meet the car at the arrival point please.
If serving a meal please be advised the Mayoress does not eat fish.
If the function is a dinner, luncheon, public meeting or similar event, a copy of the toast list or agenda, showing order of procedure should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 4 days before the event
Is the Mayor being asked
Please note - unless the Mayor is responding to a toast, they should be the first speaker
It will be assumed that the Mayor is not required to speak if advance notice is not given
Your information may be shared with other council services and partner organisations to ensure
our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services or benefits you may be entitled to or interested in.
We may also need to share your information for the prevention and detection of fraud and/or other crimes or as the law requires.
