You can only purchase the exclusive rights of burial in reserve if the death has not already occurred and only for cremated remains plots at:

Robin Hood Cemetery
Widney Manor Cemetery
Woodlands Cemetery

Full graves can be reserved for Widney Manor Cemetery.
