As we may still be collecting in your area please wait until after 4.00pm on the day of your collection before reporting a missed collection.
This form can be used to report a missed rubbish and/or recycling collection. Your information may be shared with other council services and partner organisations to ensure our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services or benefits you may be entitled to or interested in. We may also need to share your information for the prevention and detection of fraud and/or other crimes or as the law requires. Missed collections must be reported within two working days of your scheduled collection day.
If you live in a property that uses communal bins for rubbish and/or recycling, please telephone us on 0121 704 8000 to report a missed collection.
Please ensure that your rubbish or recycling was left at the edge of your property or the agreed collection point for collection by 7.00am. If your containers were not presented correctly and/or not out on time then we will not return for your missed collection.
Collections are made on all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
