Report a Missed Collection

Current Status

In the interest of safety we have taken the decision to suspend waste and recycling collections Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 December. Any domestic waste (black wheelie bin/purple sacks) will be collected on your next scheduled collection day. We will also collect any extra domestic waste that is in a tied black bag and placed next to your black wheelie bin or purple sacks.

If you were due to have recycling collected on Tuesday 12 December, this will be collected on Tuesday 19 December. If you were due to have recycling collected on Monday 11 December, this will be collected on your next scheduled collection day which is Friday 22 December.

Introduction

This form can be used to report a missed rubbish and/or recycling collection. Missed collections must be reported within two working days of your scheduled collection day.

If you live in a property that uses communal bins for rubbish and/or recycling, please telephone us on 0121 704 8000 to report a missed collection.

Please ensure that your rubbish or recycling was left at the edge of your property or the agreed collection point for collection by 7.00am. If your containers were not presented correctly and/or not out on time then we will not return for your missed collection.

Collections are made on all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Data Protection

The information you provide will be used to help us deal with your enquiry. It may be shared with other Council services and partner organisations to ensure our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services you may be entitled to or interested in.
