Decision details

The Cabinet Member:

1.  Considered the Solihull MBC Technical Response to the A45 Sprint consultation (as included at Appendix A of the report);

2.  Supported the A45 Sprint proposal, subject to satisfactory resolution of the outstanding technical matters set out in the consultation response (Appendix A, Items 1 – 15 of the report); and

3.  Approved that ‘Delegated Authority’ be granted to the Assistant Director – Highways & Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Portfolio Holder – Transport & Highways, to secure satisfactory resolution of those outstanding technical matters.
