Decision details

The Cabinet Member as part of the review of the Solihull Brownfield Land Register RESOLVED to:

(i)  Update the entries on the current Register to reflect the changes set out in Appendix A to the report;

(ii)  Add the sites identified in Appendix C of this report to Part 1 of the Register; and

(iii)  That officers develop a list of brownfield sites that may be suitable for renewable energy production and/or storage.

(It was noted that in relation to Appendix A - Summary of changes to entries on the current Brownfield Land Register page 190 BLR 058 NEC the capacity figure should read Min: 500 and Max:2240)
