To enable the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Managed Growth to consider the application made by Hockley Heath Parish Council (HHPC) and agree to designate the Parish as a Neighbourhood Planning Area (NPA).

That the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Managed Growth designated the submitted Neighbourhood Planning Area for Hockley Heath in its entirety for the area within the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (shown on the plan attached at Appendix A of the report) pursuant to Section 61( G ) of the Town and County Panning Act 1990.
