To consider an application for a street trading consent To consider an application by Mr Julian Cassin to sell wood-fired pizza from a street trading unit to be located in the parking bays outside his business premises, Marsin Bakers, 2406 Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, B94 6QT.
Minutes: Members were asked to consider an application from Mr Julien Cassin to sell wood-fired pizza from a street trading unit located in the parking bays outside his business premises Marsin Bakers, 2406 Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, B94 6QT. Mr Cassin explained that in response to comments received regarding the application he was prepared to amend trading times to 17:30-20:30 Monday-Saturday whilst 12:00-16:00 Sunday was unaltered. He advised customers would have to pre-order and collect at a given time thereby reducing potential parking issues with customers using other local stores. RESOLVED Members granted Street Trading Consent, subject to the standard licensing conditions, to allow Mr Cassin to sell wood-fired pizza from the parking bays outside Marsin Bakers, 2406 Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, B94 6QT with the hours agreed as 17:30-20:30 Monday-Saturday and 12:00-16:00 Sunday. Any litter or traffic issues resulting from the business to be reported back to the Licensing Sub-Committee. |
