To consider for approval the draft Public Minutes arising from the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP Joint Scrutiny Committee meeting held on 16^th September 2022.

Nicola Turner MBE, (Director of Legacy, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games)  will deliver a verbal presentation on the Commonwealth Games legacy.

To update the Joint Scrutiny Committee on work being undertaken by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) within the Skills and Employment Directorate.

To provide information for the Joint Scrutiny Committee on the delivery of support for businesses, particularly the GBSLEP Growth Hub service.

Members of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP Joint Scrutiny Committee are invited to propose further items for scrutiny for the remainder of the 2022/23 municipal year.

The meeting is not open to the public during discussion of the following item because the report contains exempts information as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

Henrietta Breukelaar (Chief Executive, GBSLEP) will provide a verbal update on the status of the LEP  Integration Process.
