To update the Cabinet Member on Adult Care and Support (ACS) performance progress across a range of national and local adult social care performance measures
at the end of Quarter 3 2020-21.

Decision:

The Cabinet Portfolio Holder endorsed the contents of the report and noted the actions being taken forward.

To present the draft Solihull Community Housing Delivery Plan 2021/22.

The Cabinet Portfolio Holder:-

1.  Approved the Delivery Plan 2021/22; and

2.  Approved the use of the Welfare Reform Reserve to fund the procurement and development of an analytics software tool to support Solihull Community Housing to reduce rent arrears and provide targeted financial support to tenants subject to the receipt and agreement of additional information requested,

Exclusion of the Press and Public

That pursuance of section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be now excluded from the remainder of the business to be transacted on the grounds that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information in terms of Schedule 12A to the said Act.
