To update the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Health and Adult Social Care on the progress in delivery of the Medium Term Financial Strategy for the Portfolio.

The Cabinet Portfolio Holder:

1.  Noted the progress being made against the Medium Term Financial Strategy; and

2.  Endorsed the actions being taken to manage the in-year financial position and the management of identified risks.

The Cabinet Portfolio Holder:

1.  Noted the feedback received through the engagement exercise on the draft Solihull Adult Social Care 5 Year Plan;

2.  Noted the changes made to the Adult Social Care 5 Year Plan, and the development of a public-facing summary document, as a result of this feedback;

3.  Approved the final versions of the Adult Social Care 5 Year Plan, and the public-facing summary version; and

4.  Agreed to delegate responsibility to the Director for Adult Social Care to implement annual updates to the Adult Social Care 5 Year Plan, in consultation with the Adult Social Care and Health Cabinet Portfolio Holder.
