A reminder that deputations wishing to be heard shall send to the Chief Executive by 12 noon on the day before the meeting their desire to attend, a notice in writing stating the nature and object of the application or representation proposed to be made.

Please note that the purpose of the HS2 Implementation Advisory Group does not extend to:

·  The review of the principle of or business case for HS2

·  The merits or otherwise of HS2 related applications submitted for determination by Solihull MBC as Local Planning Authority or Local Highway Authority.

Please can you ensure that your deputation is not related to any of these issues.

A petition had been submitted to Full Council by Cllr D Howell, as this related to HS2 it was advised a response had been sought from them.

To receive the minutes from the last meeting held on Monday 21^st November 2022.

The minutes were unanimously approved.

To receive an update on the main programme from HS2 Ltd.

Andy De Bell, Balfour Beatty and Jonathon Lord, HS2 Ltd, presented the Main Programme Update as set out in the Agenda Pack. Members asked questions and were satisfied with the responses they received.

The HS2 IAG noted the main programme update.

To receive an update from HS2 LTD regarding assets.

Jonathan Lord advised this had been briefly covered in the Main Programme Update but that a more detailed updated would be delivered at the next meeting.

To receive a verbal update from SMBC Highways on matters relating to HS2.

The Head of Highway Improvement delivered a verbal update on matters relating to HS2. There were no questions.

To review the Key Issues Tracker.

The Chair advised that matters relating to the Key Issues Tracker had either been covered in the Main Programme Update or had an update on the Tracker marked in red.
