Cllr G Slater addressed the Cabinet Member in relation to A45 Coventry Road/Damson Parkway/Terminal Road Junction Improvement.

Revenue & Capital Monitoring 2020/21 as at 30th September 2020 pdf icon PDF 169 KB

To inform the Cabinet Member of the Portfolio's latest forecast financial position as at the 30th September 2020 against Revenue and Capital budgets as summarised and detailed in attached Appendix A.
To inform the Cabinet Member of the Portfolio's progress against the latest 3 year savings targets in the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MFTS) summarised and detailed in Appendix A.

1.  Considered and endorsed the 2020/21 revenue and capital financial monitoring forecast as at 30th September 2020; and

2.  Considered the Portfolio’s progress against the latest 3 year savings targets in the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) as at 30th September 2020.

To seek approval for the commencement of public consultation on the proposed A45 Coventry Road/Damson Parkway/Terminal Road Junction Improvement scheme.

The Cabinet Member:

1.  Approved commencement of consultation on the proposed A45 Coventry Road / Damson Parkway / Terminal Road Junction Improvement scheme in accordance with the approach set out in paragraphs 3.13 to 3.14 of this report; and

2.  Authorised the delegated authority to the Director of Economy and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Growth and Infrastructure Delivery to submit the future Outline Business Case (OBC) to the West Midlands Combined Authority, subject to the successful outcome of the public consultation.
