Displacement Programme. Decision: The Cabinet Member RESOLVED to: a) Note the contents of the report and options considered. b) Agree to continue the current position with regards to the Parking Displacement Programme highlighted at 4.19 of this report (Option 1). c) Revisit this issue if funding opportunities did arise. d) Request the Stronger Communities and Neighbourhood Services Scrutiny Board consider this issue as a Task and Finish Group, and then to report back to the Cabinet Member. |

Revenue and Capital Monitoring 2020/21 as at 31st December 2020 To inform the Cabinet Member of the
Portfolio’s latest forecast financial position as at the 31st
December 2021 against Revenue and Capital budgets. Additional documents: Decision: The Cabinet Member RESOLVED to: a) Consider and endorse the 2020/21 revenue and capital financial monitoring forecast as at 31st December 2020. b) Consider the Portfolio’s progress against the latest 3 year savings targets in the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) as at 31st December 2020. c) Approve, in conjunction with the Cabinet Member for Resources, the setting up of a new reserve, funded from a £384,000 allocation from the awarded Government Brexit funding, to meet the costs of identified impacts from the Inland Border Facility in relation to street cleansing and carriageway maintenance costs (paragraphs 5.1 to 5.3). |
