Brownfield Land Register To seek approval to formally publish the third
annual review of the Solihull Brownfield Land Register Additional documents:
Decision: The Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Climate Change, Planning and Housing:
RESOLVED:
That as part of the review of the Solihull Brownfield Land Register:
(i) To approve the entries on the current Register to be updated to reflect the changes set out in Appendix A to the report;
(ii) To approve for the sites identified in Appendices C and D to the report to be added to Part 1 of the Register; and,
(iii) Since the report was prepared there are two changes that were verbally updated at the meeting:
- Site BLR/057 at 354 Stratford Road, Shirley has been granted planning permission for 48 dwellings.
- Site PR20 at Wyevale Garden Centre, Barston Lane, Barston has commenced development As a result, Appendix A - Summary of changes to entries on the current Brownfield Land Register were approved to be updated as follows:
o Amend BLR/057 to confirm that planning permission has been granted.
o Amend the status of PR/20 from ‘No change’ to include an ‘end date’ to reflect that planning permission has been implemented.
