Cabinet Member to be invited to consider and approve the proposed Leisure Centre Fees and Charges for 2023.

RESOLVED

The Cabinet Member:

(i)  Approved the ‘Pricing Schedule 2023 – Appendix A’;

(ii)  Approved the variations as set out in 2.4; whereby an increase is made above the maximum rate of inflation RPI (12.3% - August 2022); and

(iii)  Approved the continued differential activity prices between Tudor Grange Leisure Centre and North Solihull Sports Centre.

REVENUE AND CAPITAL MONITORING 2022/23 AS AT 30th September 2022 pdf icon PDF 119 KB

This report is to update the Cabinet Member on how the Portfolio is performing against the approved 2022/23 – 2024/25 Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) in the current financial year alongside setting out any new challenges that are emerging for the revised MTFS for 2023/24 – 2025/26.

To inform the Cabinet Member of the Portfolio’s latest forecast financial position as at the 30th September 2022 against Revenue and Capital budgets as summarised below and detailed in Appendix A.

To inform the Cabinet Member of the Portfolio’s progress against the latest 3-year savings targets in the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) Summarised below and detailed in Appendix A.

(i)  Considered and endorsed the 2022/23 revenue and capital financial monitoring forecast as at 30th September 2022.

(ii)  Considered and endorsed the Portfolio’s progress against the latest 3 year savings targets in the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) as at 30th September 2022.
