The GBSLEP ESF Technical Assistance project is managed by the Solihull MBC Employment and Skills Team. The Report seeks Full Cabinet approval to enter into an extension Agreement with the Department for Work and Pensions in relation to the recently approved Project Change Request (PCR) extension.

The ESF Technical Assistance Project is subject to regular financial checks with each quarterly claim submitted by Solihull MBC to confirm compliance, timesheets and to confirm available match funding to deliver the project. These are subsequently checked by Department for Work and Pensions with desktop checks on random reporting lines.
