To seek member endorsement to progress the
development of the Developer Contributions SPD linked to the draft
Lcoal Plan but to endorse requests for claw back of developer
contributions through S106 (or other approrpate method) to support
funding of strategic infrastructure that may be funded in advance
of schemes being granted planning permission but which still meet
the legislative planning tests. Report being prepared jointly by
SMBC Planning and the UGC.
