Councillors James Butler and Stuart Davis tended their apologies with Councillors Dave Pinwell and Diana Holl-Allen substituting for them respectively, and Councillor Jim Ryan also tended his apologies.

Councillor Dave Pinwell declared that he was a board member of the applicant in relation to agenda item 16 and would withdraw from proceedings.

The minutes of the meeting held on 5 January 2022 were approved as a correct record.
