RESOLVED

The Cabinet Member:

(i)  Approved the text of the draft Travel Plan SPD (and associated appendices) as attached to this report.

(ii)  Authorised that the draft SPD be subject to a six week period of consultation.

(iii)  Delegated authority to make any minor amendments to the draft SPD to the Assistant Director (Growth & Development) in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Climate Change, Planning and Housing.

(iv)  Agreed that a further report on the Travel Plan SPD be presented to a future meeting of this Cabinet in order that the results of the consultation can be taken into account and the SPD be adopted.

To approve a 'Do It Yourself Shared Ownership' (DIYSO) pilot scheme and receive a further report on its outcomes.

(i)  Approve the DIYSO pilot scheme as set out in Appendix 1

(ii)  Agreed to receive a further report on the outcomes of the pilot scheme.
