Highway Management Service Priorities and Resources To provide an update and opportunity to
comment on the Council's statutory Network Management Plan (NMP)

Decision: The Cabinet Portfolio Holder:- (a) Noted progress against the Network Management Plan and its updated Action Plan, as detailed in the report and shown in Appendix A; (b) Endorsed the prioritisation framework for the Parking Displacement Programme, as set out in Appendix B; (c) Approved the proposed Parking Displacement Programme 2022/23, as set out in Appendix C; and (d) Agreed to receive annual updates as part of the Highway’s Asset Management Plan and Community Liveability Programme (CLP) priority setting processes. |

Urban Traffic Control – 5 year Asset Management Plan To outline the proposed 5-year asset
management plan for the key elements of the Urban Traffic Control
(UTC) system and to seek approval for the associated expenditure
programme, subject to available funding. Additional documents:
